REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Immaculate Conception School is open to all students.  Registration for the next school year begins in March.  Each new entrant must go through the same procedures for enrolling in the school.

Step One:  Pre-Application Form and Admissions Testing

Parents of prospective students must:

1. Come in for testing Sat March 1st 9:00 AM (Pre-k and K) (10:00AM 1-7th Grade ) 
2. Complete the Pre-Application Form
3. Bring the child’s current report card or the latest standardized test
4. Pay a $15 Testing Fee

Please call the school office on the week of March 15th for the test results.

Step Two:  Application and Official Registration

Once the child has passed the admission test, verifying that he or she can perform at the appropriate academic level, parents are informed and return for the Registration (on the Third Saturday in March) They will:

• Complete the application form
• Pay a $35 Registration Fee and September Tuition
• Sign the Parent-School Contract
• Submit the following documents:

·         Social Security Number

·         Birth Certificate

·         Immunization Records

·         Baptismal and/or First Communion Certificate (if Catholic)

·         Church Envelope Number (if active Church members)

In February of every school year all students who are presently in Immaculate Conception School are given a re-registration from that must be filled out and returned to school in order to secure a place in the next year’s class.
