The Library is Open:

  •  Monday to Friday from September to May from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.

  • Pre K to Grade 3    Fixed Weekly Sessions

  • Grade 4 to 8            Classes arranged by Classroom and Library Teacher 

  •                                             During Flexible/Open Access Time

  •                                     Open Access available for Circulation purposes only

  •                                             7:45 A.M. or Period 6 - 1:50 to 2:30 Daily

  •                                     A Library Pass is Required

  • After School Students     After School Sessions for

  •                                                  Circulation and Research

  •                                                         2:30 to 3:30 Daily

  •                                               A Library Pass is Required

  • Non After School Students   After School Sessions for

  •                                                         Circulation and Research

  •                                                                 2:30 to 3:30 Daily

  •                                              Parental Permission is required

CIRCULATION POLICY:

Students, teachers, parents, administrators and other school staff have access to a wide range of information resources, including books, magazines, video recordings, CD-ROMs, online catalog and web sites.          

All materials circulate 2 weeks

Overdue Notices Sent Out Monthly

Students with Overdue Books not Permitted to take out new books

Lost or Damaged Books must be paid for or replaced in Kind (subject to the discretion of the Librarian)

 Grades 1-3 - 1   Item

  • More with permission of the Librarian

  •  Return Books during scheduled Class Sessions

 Grades 4-8 - 2   Items     

  • More with permission of the Librarian

  •  Return Books Daily 7:45 AM or Period 6  - 1:50-2:30

  • After School until 3:30
